Our Alumni

Marcellin College is committed to fostering strong and lasting connections across our College community through meaningful engagement, collaboration and shared experiences.

Since our founding, more than 15,000 students have graduated from Marcellin College. Together, they form a vibrant alumni community united by the Marist characteristics, lifelong friendships and a deep sense of belonging.

Our alumni have made significant contributions across a diverse range of professions, including law, medicine, engineering, aviation, politics, business, education, the arts, entertainment and sport. Their achievements reflect the enduring value of a Marcellin education and continue to inspire current and future generations of students.

The relationships formed at Marcellin often extend well beyond graduation. Friendships established during a student’s time at the College frequently become lifelong connections, linking generations of students, families, staff and the wider College community.

The Community Engagement and Alumni Relations team coordinates reunions, networking events and community gatherings throughout the year, welcoming alumni and their families back to campus. These events celebrate lifelong Marcellin connections, strengthen relationships across generations and ensure that every Old Collegian remains an important part of the Marcellin story.

In 2026, Marcellin College launched Alumnly, our dedicated online alumni platform, making it easier than ever for Old Collegians to stay connected with each other and the College.

Archives & Memorabilia

The College has a rich collection of historical archives and memorabilia from the past to the present day.

To keep the story of our heritage up to date, we need to contribute to the archives continually via our alumni and other associations.

What’s happening today is tomorrow’s history, so please donate any items which could add to our collection – newspaper articles, programs, uniform etc.

Displays are regularly being updated around the College to remind passers-by of our rich and varied heritage.

Yearbooks from the 1950s onwards can be viewed by visiting the College's main reception. If you have any memorabilia you wish to donate please email the College Archivist at archives@marcellin.vic.edu.au.
