Senior (Years 10 To 12)
In Year 10, students have the opportunity to specialise in areas of interest through a comprehensive elective program. This includes the option of a VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) unit or VET (Vocational Education and Training) study whilst balancing a commitment to their core study areas. This structure allows flexibility and choice as well as access for Year 10 students to VCE and VET subjects. Learning opportunities are complemented by participation in work experience and the Marist Outreach programs.
Years 11 and 12 provide students with the opportunity to select a variety of subjects based on their interests and future aspirations within the VCE, VCE/VET or VCAL (Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning) program. These subjects form the individual pathway a student may undertake in their senior years of schooling. Learning is complemented by comprehensive Retreat and Religious Seminar programs. Over the past eight years, 96% of our boys have received a first round tertiary offer.
